Make morefrom every length.
Turn a pile of timber and a parts list into a cutting plan you can actually read. Include your saw kerf, use the stock you have, and take the plan to the bench.

Available stock
One material and cross-section per plan. Add a separate row for each stock length.
Parts to cut
Enter finished lengths. Kerf and end trim are added separately.

Three greedy layouts are compared. This is a practical suggested plan; the fewest possible bars are not guaranteed.

The numbers, and the reasoning.
Every estimate includes the assumptions behind it. Check your stock and final measurements before making a cut.

Start with real stock
One material and cross-section per plan. Add a separate row for each stock length.
- 02
Make room for the blade
One 1,000 mm bar can produce 600 mm and 397 mm pieces with a 3 mm kerf and no end trim. A 600 mm + 400 mm pair does not fit once the kerf is included.

Take it to the bench
Print the plan with its measurements, or export a CSV to continue in a spreadsheet.
